The 100% Payout Architecture
Unlike traditional charities where up to 30% of your donation is absorbed by overheads, marketing, and administrative salaries, we guarantee that 100% of your pooled funds go directly to vetted charities.
We achieve this by separating our charity pool from our operating expenses. Our card payment processor (Stripe) fees are covered by matching donations from our corporate sponsors, and our organization is entirely run by passionate volunteers. This means that when you donate $1.00, exactly $1.00 is wired to the winning charity.
ACNC Registered & Regulated
We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Our annual financial books and meeting minutes are fully public and listed on the national register.
ATO Endorsed DGR Item 1
We hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1 status. All donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible. We compile your weekly $1 micro-donations and send you a consolidated tax receipt on June 30.
Public Grant Registry
We publish a full wire receipt and a Proof of Impact report for every monthly grant within 60 days of the payout. Anyone can download the records to audit where the money was spent.

Transparency FAQ
When you donate $1.00 via credit card, Stripe charges a small transaction fee (1.75% + 30c in Australia). Instead of deducting this from your donation, our corporate sponsors commit to depositing matching sums into our administrative account to offset these processor fees exactly. This guarantees that your entire pooled $1.00 goes to the winning charity.
We are a 100% volunteer-led organization. We have no salaried executives, office rent, or administrative boards. Our advisory board consists of retired social workers, financial accountants, and developers who volunteer their time. Software tools, server hosting, and security services are fully sponsored or run on free open-source frameworks.
